Stick in the MUD Warning: Stick in the MUD 1.0 is not usable in all its capacities, not completely stable, and in some places just looks bad. The new version now in development will fix these problems. In the meantime, use it at your own risk. Sorry all.

MUDs are online multi-user text games which have become enormously popular with the onset of the Internet spur. Most of them are run through Telnet connections, which means you need a Telnet client to connect to them, and Windows Telnet just won't do; it doesn't have any of the features needed by a hardcore MUD player.

Stick in the MUD is a (fairly) full-featured MUD client, which stores a list of the MUDs you frequent, with autologin, triggers (including sound triggers), aliases, and infinite scrollback. Text resizes to fit the window, and you can pick any number of rows or columns that pleases you. It has a scrolling speed that has been complimented as both fast and smooth, and automatically adjusts to your computer. You can even adjust it yourself if you like. Lastly, it has an original feature, the tell window, an innovative scrollback-type window that keeps a list of "tells" you have received so that you can easily see if you missed any, as well as read entire tell conversations without a lot of paging. Copy and pasting is supported, with a unique pasting ability to tell, gossip, say, or mail entire blocks of texts easily.

Version 2.0 is currently in the works, and will include a totally remade and more efficient interface, and new features such as searchback, colour settings, and graphical enhancements.
